Take ¼ cup sweet corn in a blender and add in ¼ cup water, blend together to form a fine paste.
Take a kadai /pan heat it and add in butter let it melt to this add in the remaining ¼ cup Sweetcorn ,Green Peas, Capsicum and Broccoli florets. Sauté everything for 2 mins in a low flame.
Now add in 1 cup of water and also add in the ground sweet corn paste. Mix everything together and let it come to a boil.
Meanwhile prepare the corn flour paste, Add in the Cornflour and Water in a small bowl and form a paste add it to the boiling soup.
Simmer for a minute add in the sugar and pepper. Finally garnish with Spring onion florets and serve hot.
