In a mixing bowl add cleaned chicken breasts. Add oil and pat gently on both the sides.
In a mixing bowl add all the spice powders and combine.
Add the spice powders throughout the chicken breast. Make sure its evenly applied all over. Put the chicken in fridge for 10 mins.
Meanwhile preheat the air fryer at 200 C / 400 F for 5 mins. Once done. Transfer the chicken breast in air fryer basket. Brush little oil over the chicken.
Air fry at 180 C /356 F for 8 mins. Make sure you flip halfway (after 4 mins)
Let it cool and then slice them into strips
Prepare Coleslaw
In a small bowl add mayonnaise, vinegar , maple syrup , salt and pepper powder.
Whisk well until combine and smooth.
In serving bowl add sliced cabbage and carrot. I am using white and purple cabbage. To this add the prepared dressing. Toss well until combined. Coleslaw is ready
Prepare Peanut Sauce
In a mixing bowl add Peanut Butter, Rice Vinegar , Soy Sauce, Maple Syrup.
Next add Pepper powder, Salt, Red Pepper Flakes and grated garlic.
Next add hot water and whisk well until combined. Or add everything to a blender and blend until its creamy and a sauce consistency is reached. Peanut Sauce is ready.
Assemble Chicken Wraps
In a griddle heat the tortillas on both the sides for 20 secs. Or simply microwave them for about 10 secs.
To the tortillas spread little mayonnaise. And top them with prepared coleslaw, sliced chicken, roasted Peanuts and coriander leaves.
Roll the chicken wraps
To roll the wraps, first slightly fold on both the sides as shown in pic.
Next from the bottom keep rolling till the end.
It is now rolled. You can secure them with tooth picks if you prefer.
Or Slice and serve. Chicken Peanut wraps are now ready.

Always prepare the wrap just before serving. You can prepare all the ingredients and keep them ready before hand.Assembling the wrap and not serving immediately might turn the wraps soggy.In place of tortillas you can also use kuboos or Pita bread too.In you feel the wraps are not secure enough you can also prick them with a toothpick.
