Ingredients

Cabbage sliced lengthwise
½
cup
Carrot – sliced lengthwise

teaspoon
Vinegar
1
teaspoon
Maple syrup
¼
cup
Mayonnaise
Salt as needed
Instructions
In a small bowl add mayonnaise, vinegar , maple syrup , salt and pepper powder.
Whisk well until combine and smooth.
In another bowl add sliced cabbage and carrot. I am using white and purple cabbage. To this add the prepared dressing.
Toss well until combined.

You can also add lemon juice instead of vinegar.
You can serve coleslaw along with rolls, wraps, shawarma or
simply
as a salad.
