Instructions
In a blender add 1 cup of cubed cucumber, to this add the Mint and Curry Leaves.
Next add the curd, Roasted Cumin Powder, and Salt.
Blend everything until creamy by adding water and curd or yogurt.
Strain the Lassi to remove the discards and serve.
