Take the fresh cream in a bowl, beat well for 2 mins until its soft and creamy, Next add in the condensed milk.
Beat again for 1 more min. Take at least 15 Jackfruit arils and blend it to a fine puree.
Add the jackfruit puree to the beaten ice cream base. Fold gently with a spatula. Next add in the food colour if using.
Chop the remaining jack fruit arils into small pieces and add it to the ice cream base. Fold everything gently until its evenly mixed. Pour this to a freezer safe container and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Scoop and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve Chilled.
You can skip adding the food colour if you don’t use.
If you don’t have a hand blender you can very well use your mixie jar and beat the ice cream.
