In a Kadai add in the oil once it heats up add in the Mustard Seeds, Cumin seeds,Channa Dal let it splutter and then add in the Roasted Peanuts and Cashew nuts.
Then add the green chilli, dry red chilli and curry leaves saute in a medium flame for a minute. Next add Turmeric powder.
Mix well and then add the required salt and lemon juice.
Cook in a low flame for a minute and then switch off the stove. Now add the cooked rice and mix evenly. Lemon rice is ready.
