In a mixing bowl add grated tofu and room temperature cream cheese.
Also to this add finely chopped onions and coriander leaves.
To this add red chili flakes , Roasted cumin powder and Salt.
Combine everything.
Slice the bell peppers tonto rings for 1 inch thickness. Remove the seeds and trim the members from inside.
Now stuff the capsicum rings with the prepared filling. Put them in the fridge for 30 mins.
Airfryer
Preheat the air fryer at 400 F / 200 C for 5 mins. Arrange the stuffed peppers in air fryer basket. Spray or Brush with oil. Air fry them at 180 C / 356 F for 12 mins.
Stovetop
You can also cook in stove top if you prefer. Heat a heavy pan with oil and once the oil is hot add the stiffed capsicum rings and cook both the sides for 2 mins each.
