Ingredients

Peanut Butter

rice Vinegar

Maple Syrup

Sesame Oil

Soy Sauce

Garlic
crushed or grated

Red Pepper Flakes
Salt
a pinch

Pepper Powder

Hot Water
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add Peanut Butter, Rice Vinegar , Soy Sauce, Maple Syrup.
Next add Pepper powder, Salt, Red Pepper Flakes and grated garlic.
Next add hot water and whisk well until combined. Or add everything to a blender and blend until its creamy and a sauce consistency is reached.
Creamy Thai Peanut Sauce is reached.
Notes
Always use creamier peanut sauce. If its thick or chunky microwave for 15-20 secs.
You can double or triple the recipe.
Feel free to customize the salt, sweetness and spice levels as per your preference.
Use immediately or Stays good in the fridge for up to 1 week.
For Gluten Free version use Tamari Sauce in place of Soy Sauce.
It goes well as a dipping sauce, dressing, for noodles, salad dressing and many more.
