You can simply toss your favorite noodles and veggies for a wholesome one bowl dinner. Add your favorite ingredients and use peanut sauce as a dressing. It also goes well as a dipping sauce or even a marinade.
Ingredients
Peanut Butter - use unsweetened creamy peanut butter. If its thick microwave it for 20-30 secs so that it's creamy and perfect for the sauce.
Red Pepper Flakes - Adjust as per your spice levels.
Garlic - Added for flavor.
Maple Syrup - Added for sweetness, you can also use brown sugar.
Soy Sauce and Rice Vinegar - Give the perfect balance to the sauce.
Hot water - In my store bought sauce they usually use olive oil for the sauce. However, I just prefer hot water as it's perfect and economical too.
