Melt the butter, to this add in the sugar and mix so that it is dissolved. Wait till the butter is lukewarm and then add in the yeast.
Wait for 5 mins so that the yeast will be dissolved and fully activated. Next add in the milk which is Luke warm and then break open an egg.
Whisk everything together so that the yeast is mixed evenly. Now in a mixing bowl add in the all-purpose flour. Add in the yeast mixture and knead it to a sticky dough.
Cling wrap the mixing bowl and allow it to rest for 1 hour in a dark place. After 1 hour it would have doubled in size.
Punch the air out and dust with flour and knead it once again for 5 mins. Now roll it to a long rectangle.
In a bowl add in the cinnamon powder and sugar together and mix well. This is the Cinnamon sugar. Spread the bread with butter generously and then dust with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon sugar throughout.
Roll them and then cut them into equal sized pieces.
In a baking tray arrange the Cinnamon rolls and then cling wrap and allow it to raise once again for 1 hour. After 1 hour the rolls would have increased in size.
Brush the rolls generously with butter or milk and then, Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins and then bake at 180 Deg C for about 25-30 mins. Remove it from the oven and then allow it to cool.
In a mixing bowl add in the Icing Sugar and Milk let it get a creamy consistency drizzle it generously over the baked rolls. Let it get dry and then serve.
