Even since it was shown in television many went crazy over this dish. So am I . Wanted to recreate this dish for a long and finally here it is. Now let’s see how to prepare Eggless Brookies.

    Eggless Brookies Recipe | How to make Eggless Brookies
        Step by step Method with pictures: 
         1.    In a mixing bowl add All-purpose Flour, Salt, Baking powder and Baking Soda, Cocoa powder .
          2.   To this add in the powdered Sugar. Sift everything together. Next add in Chocolate Chips,

     3 . Next add Vanilla Essence and Soft unsalted room temperature butter. Keep 2 tbsp chocolate chips for topping.

    4.    Mix everything together to form a dough. If the mixture is dry add in milk and form a dough.Now divide the dough into equal portions and then flatten it in between the palm and then shape the cookies. Top the cookies with the reaming chocolate chips. Place it in a baking tray lined with parchment paper After shaping the cookies put in fridge for 10 mins. Preheat the oven at 160 Deg C for 10 mins and then bake the at 160 Deg for about 12 mins. The cookies will be very soft and crumble if you touch it immediately. Allow it to cool completely and then transfer it to air tight containers.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Equipment

    • Oven

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup All-purpose Flour / Maida
    • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
    • ⅓ cup Powdered Sugar
    • Salt a pinch
    • ¼ tsp Baking powder
    • ½ tsp Baking Soda
    • ½ cup Choco Chips
    • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
    • ¼ cup Soft Unsalted Butter
    • 2 tbsp Milk optional

    Instructions

    Notes

    • Don’t bake the brookies overtime.
    • The texture of the brookies should be slightly crispy and chewy.
    • Leave space between the cookies while baking as it will spread.
    • Allow them to cool completely before storing.

      I have been wanting to bake these as well ever since I saw them on MC but never got around, as usual... my time takes longer to come... love the eggless version which looks absolutely amazing and chocolaty...
