- ½ cup All-purpose Flour / Maida
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
- ⅓ cup Powdered Sugar
- Salt a pinch
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- ½ cup Choco Chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- ¼ cup Soft Unsalted Butter
- 2 tbsp Milk optional

- In a mixing bowl add All-purpose Flour, Salt, Baking powder and Baking Soda, Cocoa powder and powdered Sugar.
- Sift everything together.

Notes
- Don’t bake the brookies overtime.
- The texture of the brookies should be slightly crispy and chewy.
- Leave space between the cookies while baking as it will spread.
- Allow them to cool completely before storing.
