Tender Coconut Watermelon Cooler
In summer we often take food that cools down our body. I prefer tender coconut, Watermelon, buttermilk , basil seeds. All of them have so much cooling properties. So here is a drink which we prepare from tender coconut and just watermelon. It has the perfect cooling properties and the required electrolytes.
Tender coconut is a powder drink which perfectly keeps one hydrated all day long. Also it cools down the body from inside and reduces heat.
Watermelon is low in calories. It has around 70 % water and one most recommended fruit during summers.

Ingredients
Watermelon - Use fresh ripe and juicy watermelon they are perfect for the drink. Its ok even if we add them with seeds. We can strain and serve.
Tender coconut - pulpy tender coconut along with water is preferred. We can use both the pulp and water.
How to make Tender Coconut Watermelon Juice
In a blender add Watermelon cubes and sugar if needed( However i prefer not adding sugar )
Next add tender coconut water along with the tender coconut flesh if you prefer.
Additionally add ice cubes if you prefer and blend well.
Filter to remove the seeds and then serve chilled.
Top with come tender coconut chunks and ice cubes and serve. It is that easy.
Top Tips
- No sugar is required , however is till added in the ingredients list and mentioned it as optional.
- We can also top the drink with more tender coconut flesh.
- We can also freeze the drink in ice cube trays and use as and when needed or to top other cocktails.
Serving Suggestions
I prefer having them mid morning around 11. Keeps us full and hydrated. We can have them as a drink any time of the day as well.
Or we can also serve them for breakfast along with fresh fruits or muffins.

Tender Coconut Watermelon Juice
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 2 cups Water melon cubes
- 1 cup Tender Coconut
- 1 tbsp Tender coconut flesh
- 1 tbsp Sugar optional
Instructions
- In a blender add Watermelon cubes and sugar if needed( However i prefer not adding sugar )
- Next add tender coconut water along with the tender coconut flesh if you prefer.
- Additionally add ice cubes if you prefer and blend well.
- Filter to remove the seeds and then serve chilled.
Notes
- Serve chilled or topped with ice cubes.
- You can skip adding sugar as the sweetness from the tender coconut and water melon will be really sufficient.
