Is badam milk suitable for everyone?

Badam milk is suitable for everyone of all age types. However, a few things need to be considered. If you have nut allergies or if you are lactose intolerant it is to be avoided. Also, the drink is rich in calories and has sugar. Hence if you are diabetic this has to be avoided or consumed by using sugar-free alternatives.

For a vegan version of badam milk, use any plant based milk. Oat milk, Almond milk or even Soy milk can be used in place of dairy milk.
