Tender coconut juice is prepared with the fresh tender coconut and ice apple available during the summer season. It is important to keep the body clean , fresh and hydrated during the summer.
It would be difficult to consume water all the time. Instead we can also try fresh and healthy summer drinks like this.
Tender coconut has electrolytes in abundance which is much needed for the summer. So its good to take this daily too. Same goes for ice apple too. Both tender coconut and ice apple can prevent from heat stroke during summer.

Tender coconut - Use fresh tender coconut. WE can use both the water and flesh.
Ice apple - Ice apple is a fruit of palm tree. It is seasonal and mostly available during the Apr- August month in India.
How to make Ice Apple Tender Coconut Juice
In a blender add Tender coconut water and pulp. Blend well to form a fine puree.
Transfer that to the serving cup .Peel the Skin of the Ice apple and chop them into small pieces. Add the chopped ice apple pieces to the tender coconut juice. Refrigerate it for an hour and then serve

Ice Apple Tender Coconut Juice
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup Tender coconut Water
- 3 Ice apple
- ¼ cup Tender coconut pulp
- 1 tsp Sugar Optional
Instructions
- In a blender add in the Tender coconut water and pulp. Blend well to form a fine puree.
- Transfer that to the serving cup .Peel the Skin of the Ice apple and chop them into small pieces. Add the chopped ice apple pieces to the tender coconut juice. Refrigerate it for an hour and then serve
Notes
- Taste best when served chilled.
- Sugar or sweeteners are optional as the sweetness from the tender coconut and the pulp is just enough. However you can add if you prefer.
