    Tender Coconut Juice

Tender coconut juice is prepared with the fresh tender coconut and ice apple available during the summer season. It is important to keep the body clean , fresh and hydrated during the summer.

It would be difficult to consume water all the time. Instead we can also try fresh and healthy summer drinks like this.

Tender coconut has electrolytes in abundance which is much needed for the summer. So its good to take this daily too. Same goes for ice apple too. Both tender coconut and ice apple can prevent from heat stroke during summer.

      Top Tips

Tender coconut juice serves as an ideal refreshment for any gathering, making it a perfect choice for potlucks or lively parties. Its natural sweetness and hydrating properties provide a delightful escape from the heat, especially during the summer months.

Additionally, we can enhance the nutritional value and visual appeal of the juice by topping it with basil seeds. Known for their cooling effects, basil seeds not only improve the drink's texture but also offer health benefits, such as high fiber content and digestive aid.

To make the serving unique and festive, consider presenting the juice in shot glasses. This not only makes it easy for guests to enjoy the drink as they mingle but also adds a touch of elegance to the event’s presentation. This simple yet sophisticated approach ensures that your guests will be refreshed and impressed.

      Serving Suggestions

We an consume the juice any time of the day. My recommendation would be for breakfast along with fruits or crepes or as a 11 am drink (mid morning drink).
