    Elaneer Nungu Juice | Ice Apple Tender Coconut Juice
        Step by step Method with pictures: 
        1.    In a blender add in the Tender coconut water and pulp. Blend well to form a fine puree.

    Ice Apple Tender Coconut Juice

    2.    Transfer that to the serving cup .Peel the Skin of the Ice apple and chop them into small pieces. Add the chopped ice apple pieces to the tender coconut juice.  Refrigerate it for an hour and then serve

    Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cup Tender coconut Water
    • 3 Ice apple
    • ¼ cup Tender coconut pulp
    • 1 tsp Sugar Optional

    Instructions 

    • In a blender add in the Tender coconut water and pulp. Blend well to form a fine puree.
    • Transfer that to the serving cup .Peel the Skin of the Ice apple and chop them into small pieces. Add the chopped ice apple pieces to the tender coconut juice.  Refrigerate it for an hour and then serve

    Notes

    • Taste best when served chilled.
    •  Sugar or sweeteners are optional as the sweetness from the tender coconut and the pulp is just enough. However you can add if you prefer.
