Lemon Chicken Ingredients:
To Marinate: Ok, so the heart of the lemon roast chicken is in the marination. We do add few ingredients for the flavor and the most important one is the Lemon Juice and Lemon zest. This gives a unique tangy flavor to the lemony chicken. Along with the citrus goes the basic salt chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala, and ginger garlic paste.
Onion , Green Chilli - Onion adds a nice volume to the lemon roast chicken, so finely chop the onions and then add. Adjust the no of green chillies as you like per your spice levels.
Soya sauce - Along with the lemon and lemon zest soya sauce adds a slight tanginess.
Sugar - Sugar balances the taste and hence I recommend adding.
Chicken - Wash the chicken really well without any blood stains and then cook. You may use pieces with bones as they are juicier.
