Smoothies have all my heart. I like to make it as a drink rather than serving in a bowl. Smoothie in a jar is like breakfast on the go. On a leisurely day, I prefer some fancy smoothie bowls.

A good smoothie is a combination of any liquid, any frozen vegetable, or Fruit along with a sweetener if needed. You may also add in protein powder or any smoothie mix if using.
How do I sweeten my Smoothie
All the smoothies definitely have one or more fruits as their base. Hence it's better to go with the natural sweetness to enjoy the best health benefits. Additionally you can include Honey or Maple Syrup. Adding dates or raisins will also be a good option.
How can I make my smoothie healthier
Add in Extra Nuts or use Chia seeds, Flax seeds, or hemp seeds for additional health benefits.
Ingredients for Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie
Strawberry - Use good quality strawberry. Frozen strawberry works better in smoothies than fresh ones.
Blueberry - Same as strawberry the frozen blueberries work well. However, avoid using dried ones.
Nut Milk - Almond Milk, Oats Milk, or Coconut Milk works well for the smoothie. I am using Almond milk. Use any milk as per your taste and availability.
Sweeteners - The sweetness from the strawberry and Blueberry will be enough for the smoothie. However, if you prefer even more add Maple Syrup of Brown Sugar.
Optional Or Additional Ingredients
Icecream - Usually, in Milkshake, we add ice cream but if you like you may also add some ice cream in the smoothies too. Use Vegan ice cream if you prefer your smoothie to Vegan.
Berries - You may also add in the other berries along with the strawberry and blueberry. Cranberry and Raspberry work well.
How to prepare Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie, Pictorial
1. Wash the strawberries really well and remove the leaf and chop roughly. In the blender add in the chopped Strawberries. I am adding 1 cup of strawberries
2. To this add in ½ cup blueberries.
3. Next add 2 cups of Almond milk.
4. Blend everything into a smoothie. Strawberry Blueberry smoothie is ready.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
- 1 cup Strawberry
- ⅓ cup Blueberry
- 2 cup Almond Milk
- Wash the strawberries really well and remove the leaf and chop roughly. In the blender add in the chopped Strawberries. I am adding 1 cup of strawberries
