How to make Tomato gostu in pressure cooker
1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker Once its hot add in mustard seeds let it splutter and then add Cumin Seeds ,Green Chilli, Garlic pods , Crushed ginger and curry leaves saute and then add in the chopped onions saute till glossy.
2. Next add in tomatoes, mix well and then add in the chili powder, Turmeric powder and salt.
3. Mix well and cook till the tomatoes get soft and then add in ½ cup of water.
4. Mix well and close the cooker and cook for 2 whistles in a high flame and the in a low flame cook for another 10 mins. Switch off and wait till the pressure is released naturally. Garnish with coriander leaves.

- 2 tbsp Oil
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
