Onam Sadhya Recipes

Onam Sadya is a feast prepared during the Onam Festival. It has the traditional Kerala recipes cooked and served in a big banana leaf.

Onam is the annual harvest festival celebrated in Kerala. It is the official festival of the state and it has a major cultural value. They serve a big 5 course meal in banana leaf called as the Onam Sadya. The spread has different types of side dish like kootu , poriyal, aviyal, Kalan , Olan , Merukupuratti.

Kuzhambu like parippu curry, Sambar, Rasam, Moru curry. Payasam like ada pradaman , paruppu pradhaman and a lot.
