2. Sauté until the onions turn glossy, Now add in the minced chicken/Chicken keema. Give a quick stir.
3. Next add in turmeric powder ,Garam Masala, Pepper powder and salt mix well and fry well till it gets cooked, it may hardly take 5 mins. Minced chicken gets cooked in less time. Now move the chicken to the corner of the kadai and break open egg.
4. Stir well and scramble the eggs and cook till it is done ,Now mix everything and cook in a low flame for a min .Garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Makes a great Lunch Side dish and pairs well with any Indian Flat Bread.

Chicken keema egg burji
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Minced Chicken Chicken Keema – 200 gm
- Eggs – 2
- Onion – 1
- Green Chilli – 2
- Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves to garnish
- Salt as needed
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Urad Dal – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves – a spring
Instructions
- In a pan add in oil ,once it heats up add in Mustard seeds let it splutter and then add Urad Dal and Curry leaves fry till the urad dal turns golden brown and then add in Green Chilli and Onions.
