Absolutely love this and Bitter Gourd too as an ingredient. I recently made a sabzi with this which I will be blogging soon. At home, we consume this regularly, I know the bitterness is not loved by all, but we adore it at home. The chips would certainly vanish easily with some rice and dal. Great share, looks crispy and crunchy.

My husband and I, we simply love bitter gourd! Here we cook the dry version with lots of onions. I really like your recipe. Amchoor must balance the bitter taste beautifully.
