I have used oats to make this more healthy ,if you don’t prefer oats you can simply skip that and add all purpose flour instead. Now lets see how to prepare Mango Oats Pancake.
I know its not Mango season now ,but this post have been sitting idle in my draft for more than an year so I believe its not a bad time to share this recipe.
Step by step Method with pictures:
1.Scoop out the pulp from the mango and blend it to a fine puree. In a mixing bowl add in the mango puree, to this add in the all-purpose flour.
2.Next powder the oats and add it to the mixing bowl along with the Mango puree.
3.Add in a pinch of baking soda and then add in the butter. Whisk everything together.
4.Now add in the Milk whisk everything once again and then check for the consistency, it should be similar to idli batter. Allow it to rest for 10 mins.
5.Heat a tawa, once its hot drizzle with butter, take a ladle full of batter and spread a little allow it to cook on both the sides. Serve with chocolate sauce.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- ½ cup Mango Puree
- ¼ cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ cup Oats
- Baking Soda a pinch
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions

Notes
- If your mango is less sweet you can also 2 tbsp of powdered sugar along with the batter. My mango was very sweet and hence I dint use sugar.
- Serve with honey or chocolate sauce.
- Makes a lovely breakfast for the kids.
