    Mutton Liver Pepper Fry

Mutton Liver pepper fry is an easy and tasty appetizer. It is a beginner-friendly quick recipe. We cook the liver fry in coconut oil and it makes the dish extremely delicious. Though the recipe might appear simple make sure you follow it to T without skipping any ingredients.

Is Mutton Liver good for babies

Mutton Liver is highly nutritious. It is rich in Vitamin A, Iron, and Calcium. Vitamin A especially is essential in developing the immune system for the kids and hence liver is highly recommended for the kids.

Adding pepper to the liver roast is another good thing. It is good for digestion for the kids.

    How to clean Mutton Liver

Mutton Liver is usually easy to clean, Sometimes it has a thin layer, it is the fat layer, you may remove it. After removing the liver chop them into equal-sized pieces and then always use Salt and turmeric powder to clean.

1.In a pressure cooker add in the cleaned Mutton Liver pieces. To this add in Turmeric powder and the required Salt. Pressure Cooker for 3 whistles. Let the pressure release on its own and then open the cooker. Separate the liver pieces from the water and set them aside. You can use the leftover mutton stock while preparing biryani or any soups.

    2. Heat a pan with coconut oil, Once it's hot add in Fennel seeds, Cinnamon Stick and Curry Leaves. Let it splutter and then add in the Ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell leaves.

    3. Now add in the cooked Mutton Liver pieces.

    4. Saute for 5 mins in medium flame.

    5. To this add in the Garam Masala, Pepper powder, and Required Salt. I am using crushed pepper rather than pepper powder indeed it gives more flavor. Also, check and add salt as we have already added while cooking the liver.

    6. Combine everything and cook for another 5 mins and switch off the flame. Mutton Liver Pepper Fry is now ready to serve.

    Serve hot as an appetizer.

    How to serve Mutton Liver

Mutton Liver Fry goes very well with Boiled Rice and Mutton Curry. Or you may also serve it along with Roti and some Onion Slices. Drizzle in lemon juice and always serve hot.
