Just add in all the ingredients and pressure cooker the soup is ready. While serving you can strain the mutton pieces if you don’t prefer as the soup will have all the mutton flavour. How to make Mutton bone soup
1. In a pressure cooker add in the cleaned mutton pieces to this add in water, chopped shallots and tomatoes.
2. Next add in Cumin Seeds, Pepper powder and Salt.
3. Finally add in coriander leaves and mix well .Pressure cook for 8 whistles switch off the flame and when the pressure get released by its own open the cooker and mix well. Serve the soup hot.
Serve hot with croutons ..

- Always serve the soup hot.
- Top the soup with more salt and pepper powder as needed.

- ¼ kg Mutton Bone pieces
- ¾ cup Water
- 8 Shallots /Small Onion
- ½ Tomato
- ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- Salt as needed
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder Optional
Instructions
