    Everything is better when in a bowl is a saying and its perfect when it comes to a smoothie bowl, Smoothie bowls can be had as a breakfast or when in a dessert craving it is so filling and can make a healthy meal and the best thing is all the three smoothie bowls are sugar free and very healthy!! It is Mango season now and I thought this is the best time to introduce a Mango smoothie bowl.

    What is Smoothie Bowl

    Smoothie Bowl is a thick dense smoothies which can be very well had in a bowl rather than in a cup . It is usually prepared with fruits, hung curd and many more varieties are included. The smoothies are topped with edible flowers, seeds ,nuts or fruits

    Why Smoothie Bowl ?

    Smoothie bowls are wholesome foods and usually prepared with fruits and no sweeteners are used. It is comparatively healthy and can be one best meal to start the day. It includes and gives the total nutrients for a perfect day start.

    What is the best time to consume a smoothie bowl?

    The best time to consume the smoothie bowl is for breakfast and not any time after the evenings. As it is perfect and suitable for the body to adjust and digest the composition of ingredients added to the smoothies.

    Recipe Instructions

    1. In a blender add in the Mango puree and Tender coconut pulp.
    Step 1 - Tender Coconut Mango Smoothie Bowl

    2.Blend them to s smooth puree. Transfer them to a serving bowl.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Mango Puree
    • ½ cup Tender Coconut
    • ¼ cup Pomegranate pearls
    • 2 tbsp Almond Slices
    • 2 tsp Cucumber Seeds
    • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds

    Instructions 

    • In a blender add in the Mango puree and Tender coconut pulp.
    • Blend them to s smooth puree. Transfer them to a serving bowl.
    • Top it with pomegranate arils and Almond slices
    • Also add cucumber seeds and chia seeds.

    Notes

    • The toppings are totally optional feel free to customize it as per your preference.
    • You can even add mango cubes as a topping.
    • The sweetness from the mangoes were sufficient for me, so I dint add any extra sweeteners. Feel free to add any if you prefer.
    • Use mango varieties with less fibres, it will be good for the smoothie bowl, else it will not be smooth .
    • I have used mangoes pomegranate, chia seeds Almond slices and cucumber seeds as toppings. So use as you wish and availability of ingredients.
    • I have use banganapalli Mango varieties.
    • Use any juicy pulpy mango varieties for a good smoothie bowl
