1.In a bowl add in the Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds and Milk. Refrigerate overnight.
2.In the morning take it from the fridge and mix well. Next add in the Caramel Sauce.

Overnight Oats is a wonder breakfast dish is a no cook dish and can be made in a jiffy. In this recipe i am sharing a flavored overnight oats with Caramel and Mango

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce
- ¼ cup Mango pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl add in the Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds and Milk. Refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning take it from the fridge and mix well. Next add in the Caramel Sauce.
- Mix well and then add in the chopped Mango Pieces and serve immediately.
Notes
- Serve chilled.
- You can also use mixed nuts and flax seeds along with this.
- Caramel Sauce can also be replace with chocolate sauce.
