Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon Rolled Oats
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- ยฝ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Pista extract
- 1 teaspoon Ragi flakes
- 1 teaspoon Flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon pistachios silvered
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add in the Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds and Milk. Mix well
- Refrigerate overnight. In the morning take it from the fridge to this add in the pista essence and mix well.
- Next add in the Ragi flakes, Flax seeds, crushed pistachios and honey.
- Mix well and serve immediately.
