       Step by step Method with pictures: 
        1.    In a bowl pan add in the Fennel seeds. Dry roast in a low flame until it is nice and golden brown in colour.

     2.    Allow it to cool down completely, and then grind to form a fine powder. Store it in an air tight container.

    Stay good for more than 6 months when stored in an air tight box.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup Fennel Seeds

    Instructions 

    • In a bowl pan add in the Fennel seeds. Dry roast in a low flame until it is nice and golden brown in colour.
    • Allow it to cool down completely, and then grind to form a fine powder. Store it in an air tight container.

    Notes

    • Can be used in gravies especially non veg.
    • Very good for digestion.
