    Fennel Seeds Powder Recipe | How to make Fennel Seeds in home

    Fennel seeds is popularly known as saunf in hindi. The powder is more used in the preparation of nonveg curries or gravies. It adds a fantastic flavour to the dish.

    Making the powder in home is fresh and pure. Plus its economical too.

    How to make Fennel Seeds Powder

      1.    In a pan add Fennel seeds. Dry roast in a low flame until it is nice and golden brown in colour.

     2.    Allow it to cool down completely, and then grind to a fine powder. Store it in an air tight container.

    Stays good for more than 6 months when stored in an air tight box in fridge.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup Fennel Seeds

    Instructions 

    • In a pan add Fennel seeds. Dry roast in a low flame until it is nice and golden brown in colour.

    • Can be used in gravies especially non veg.
    • Very good for digestion.
