Homemade Pepper Powder
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
- ½ cup Pepper Corns
- In a bowl pan add in the Pepper Corns. Dry roast in a low flame for 2 to 3 mins it will start to splutter
- Allow it to cool down completely, and then grind to form a fine powder. Store it in an air tight container.
Alternatively, you can also sundry the pepper corn and grind it to a fine powder.
Fresh homemade Pepper powder is now ready to be used.
