      Step by step Method with pictures: 
        1.    In a bowl pan add in the Fenugreek seeds. Dry roast in a low flame until it is nice and golden brown in colour.
    2.    Allow it to cool down completely, and then grindo form a fine powder. Store it in an air tight container.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup Fenugreek | Methi Seeds

    Instructions

    Notes

    Can be used in pickles and some gravies.
    Very good for digestion.
