     Ice Apple Rose Milk | Nungu Rose Milk Recipe | Palm Fruit Rose Milk with Step by step photos. Rose milk is always a favourite drink for many and even me. Simply love this chilled cup of rose milk on a hot summer day.

    There has been days even when I craved rose milk in the middle of the night. I have rose syrup handy to prepare any time. And this craze is the same with my husband and daughter. Nungu rose milk is a summer delicacy .

    Nungu is available especially during summer .Rose milk flavoured with Ice apple is a real delicacy. Ice apple doesn’t have a strong flavour but when it is added to rose milk it is magical. Now let’s see how to prepare Ice Apple Rose Milk.

    How to make Nungu rosemilk

     
         1.    Peel the skin of Ice apple and chop them into small pieces.

      2.    In a serving glass add in the chopped Ice apple and Rose essence.

    Nungu Rose Milk

      3.    Add in the milk and required sugar.

      4.    Mix well and serve

     

     
     

    Serve Chilled.  Yummy Ice apple rose milk is now ready for this hot day.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Ingredients

    • 3 Nungu / Ice apple
    • ½ tsp Rose extract
    • 1 cup Chilled Milk
    • 3 tsp Sugar

    Instructions 

    • Peel the skin of Ice apple and chop them into small pieces.
    • In a serving glass add in the chopped Ice apple and Rose extract.
    • Add in the milk and required sugar.
    • Mix well and serve

    Notes

    · Add boiled and cooled milk.
    · Serve Chilled.
    · You can also refrigerate for 30 mins and then serve.
    · If using rose syrup add 2 tbsp and no sugar is required as rose is already sweet.
    I used rose essence and hence I added extra sugar.
