Paneer Tomato Gravy Recipe
Step by step Method with pictures:
1. Add the cubed paneer in hot water and set aside for 10 mins. In a pan add in oil once its hot add in the chopped tomatoes and cook till it is soft. Allow it to cool down and then blend it to a fine puree.
2. In the same pan add in oil once its hot add in the green chilli saute and then add in the chopped onions cook till it turns glossy.
3. Next add in the chopped capsicum and saute for 2 mins and then add in the tomato puree. Mix well and then add in 1 cup of water cook in a low flame for 2 mins.
4. Next add in the Garam Masala, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder and the Fennel powder.
5. Meanwhile drain the paneer soaked in hot water and set aside. Next add in the required salt and cook for 2 mins.
6. Now Add in the Paneer and cook for another 1 mins, now add in the lemon juice and switch off the flame. Finally crush the Kasori Methi and garnish the gravy.

Paneer Tomato Gravy
Paneer Tomato Gravy is a creamy tomato-based Paneer Gravy. It goes well with Roti Or Pulao.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 200 gms Paneer
- Tomato - 3
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Green Chilli – 2
- Onion – 2
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Capsicum – 2 tbsp
- Water – 1 cup
- Garam Masala – ½ tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Salt as needed
- Fennel Powder – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp
Instructions
