     Punjabi Sweet Lassi Recipe | Sweet Lassi | How to make Lassi Perfectly with step by step pictures. Lassi is a chilled yogurt drink. It is usually served in tall glass. It can be prepared in many flavours. I have already posted Kesar Lassi ,Rose Lassi ,Mango Lassi Sharing today the traditional Sweet version of Lassi .Now lets see how to prepare Punjabi Sweet Lassi.

        Step by step Method with pictures: 
         1.    In a blender add in the Chilled Curd and Water.

      2.    Next add in the Cardamom pods and Sugar.

     3.    Finally add in the rose water and then blend well until frothy.

    Serve hot. Perfect for this hot summer.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Chilled Curd
    • ½ cup Chilled Water
    • 3 tbsp Sugar
    • ½ tsp Rose Water
    • 2 Cardamom

    Instructions 

    • In a blender add in the Chilled Curd and Water.
    • Next add in the Cardamom pods and Sugar.
    • Finally add in the rose water and then blend well until frothy.

    Notes

    Serve chilled.
    You can also use dry fruits to garnish.
