Rumali Roti | How to prepare Rumali Roti in Home

Rumali Roti Recipe with step by step pictures. Rumali Roti is a popular flat bread from the mugals. It is very thin and the circumference is so large. As per (wiki) Rumal Roti is used by the mugals as a handkerchief as a heavy lunch (Rumal meal kerchief)

And it is made part and part of wheat and Maida.

I mostly prefer Rumal roti for my travel days. If we are going for a picnic I usually take rumali roti for breakfast as 1 or 2 roti’s will be enough for each one of us and its easy for me to carry. I will smear in ghee and place them in towels while packing it will stay fresh and soft till we use. Also while kneading the dough add in the milk it will make the roti ‘s more soft. Now lets see how to prepare Rumali Roti.
