    How to make Chicken Roast

    1 Clean the Chicken

Clean the chicken and add it to a mixing bowl. Make sure all the chicken pieces are of a similar size to ensure even cooking.

    2. Add the chicken roast ingredients

To the clean chicken, add chopped onion , tomato , ginger garlic paste, and all the required spice powders

    3. Prepare the marinade

Mix everything well so the chicken is evenly coated with the spices. Let the chicken marinate for 1–2 hours for better flavor.

    4.Cook marinated chicken

Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan. I’m using a cast-iron pan. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated chicken and cook over medium flame. Stir at regular intervals and let the chicken cook evenly.

    5. Garnish cooked Chicken

The chicken will turn juicy and cook through in about 15–20 minutes. Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and switch off the stove. Your juicy chicken roast is now ready with minimal effort.

I served chicken roast with Veg biryani ,chicken Curry and Onion Raita.
