1. In a big vessel take the cleaned chicken pieces to this add in the ginger garlic paste.
2. Add onion, tomato, turmeric powder and required salt
3. Next add chili powder,Garam Masala ,Mix everything together so that the masala is evenly mixed. Add in the curry leaves also.
4. Allow it to marinate for 4 hours or at least 1 hour. After marination Heat a pan with oil, once hot add all the marinated ingredients. Cook in a low flame.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- ½ kg Chicken
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt as needed
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Curry Leaves few
- Oil for shallow frying
- Coriander leaves to garnish

- Can add Fennel seeds powder for extra flavour.
