     Pista Shortbread Cookies Recipe | Eggless Pistachio Cookies with step by step pictures. Pista When added in cookies gives an awesome flavor. I have already shared a few cookies with pistachios already.

    Now lets see how to prepare Pista Shortbread Cookies.
     Pista Shortbread Cookies Recipe | Eggless Pistachio Cookies
        Step by step Method with pictures:
        1. In a mixing bowl add in whole wheat flour, Milk powder Baking powder, and Salt and powdered Sugar.

    2. Next add in the coarsely ground pistachios and then add in the soft unsalted butter.

     3.Mixing everything together and the roll them to form logs. Cling wrap them and then refrigerate for 1 hour.

    4.After that remove from the fridge and then slice them. Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins and then bake at 180 Deg C for about 10-12 mins. Remove it from the oven and then allow it to cool.

    Pista Shortbread Cookies

    Pista Shortbread Cookies is made from the traditional shortbread cookies prepared with sugar, butter, and flour. Added pistachios to make it rich.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Equipment

    • Oven

    Ingredients

    • Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cups
    • Milk powder -½ cup
    • Sugar – ½ cup
    • Baking powder – ⅛ tsp
    • Salt a pinch
    • Butter – ½ cup
    • Milk – ½ tbsp
    • Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
    • Pistachios – ¾ cup

    Instructions

    Notes

    The baking time may vary so check after 10 mins.
    Keeps good for 1 week.
    Make sure you refrigerate the cookies and then bake else it might spread.
    The same recipe can be used for any nuts instead of pistachios
