    Carrot Tomato Salad Recipe | Easy Salad Recipes
      Carrot Tomato Salad Recipe with Step by step photos. This is a simple salad I usually pack for my daughter and my lunchbox. Just few ingredients and a healthy salad is ready. Now let’s see how to prepare carrot tomato salad.
    Whenever I chop carrot my daughter never forgets to ask her share, she likes to eat it raw than cooked.so I usually add one or the other veggies along with carrot and feed her. She don’t find much difference when it has carrot and carrot tomato salad is one such salad I usually pack for her lunch box and she finishes it off without any issues.

    Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time : 0 mins |Serves : 2 |Author :Sharmila Kingsly
    Ingredients:

    Tomato – 1

    Carrot – 1
    Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
    Dried Rose petals – 1 tbsp
    Salt as needed
         Method : 
        1.    In a mixing bowl add finely chopped tomato and coriander leaves.
        2.    Next add in dried rose petals and finely chopped coriander leaves.
         3.    Mix well and then add in the required Salt.
         4.    Toss Well and Serve.
      Notes:
         ·       You can also chop and keep the ingredients ready and just mix and serve when eating.
         ·       No hard and fast rule for the quantity of ingredients just add as per your liking.
         ·       Add lemon juice if you prefer but if added don’t give any wait time .Serve immediately. I packed this for lunch box so dint add lemon juice.
        Step by step Method with pictures: 
         1.    In a mixing bowl add finely chopped tomato and coriander leaves.

       2.    Next add in dried rose petals and finely chopped coriander leaves.

    3.    Mix well and then add in the required Salt.

    4.    Toss Well and Serve.
