2. Mix everything evenly and then add in the cooking oil and Milk.
3. Knead the dough and bring it together. Using a rolling pin flatten it and using a cookie cutter cut to form any desired shapes.
4. Put them in fridge while you preheat the oven. Preheat the oven at 180 Deg C for about 10 mins and the bake for about 12- 13 mins until the cookies are baked. Allow it to completely cool down and the store in air tight containers.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients
- Whole Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup
- Sugar – ½ cup + 2 tbsp
- Cooking oil – ⅓ cup
- Milk – ¼ cup to knead the dough
- Baking Soda – ½ tsp

- Sieve in Wheat flour, powdered sugar and Baking Soda twice or thrice and then to this add in Cocoa powder.
