Aloo Tikki is one of the famous North Indian Street food. Every Region Of India have their own variations in their Aloo tikki. Today I am sharing a very simple Recipe of Aloo tikka. It can be used in Chats or even in Veg Burger. It tastes good with Green Chutney or Tamarind Chutney. It can be prepared either by deep frying or shallow frying, But I have grilled the Aloo Tikki’s which makes it even more delicious. Now let’s get started with the Recipe.
