Cooked Basmati Rice – 1 cup

Sweet Corn – 2 tbsp (optional)
· You can either crumble and use the paneer or saute until light golden cubes and then use.
· You can skip the veggies if you don’t prefer. But it gives a nice volume to the fried rice.
2. Next add in the chopped Bell Peppers/Capsicum and mix well.
It goes well with any Chinese gravy or just tomato ketchup.
