    Rice Krispies Chocolate Fudge

    Rice Krispies Fudge has a crunchy texture and hence it gives a nice bite. Chocolate with a rice Krispies texture is heaven in every bite.

    Rice Krispies Fudge Recipe | Rice Krispies Chocolate Fudge with Step by step photos. Homemade chocolate is always a delight it is cheap and tastes better that the store bought ones. Rice Krispies have a crunchy texture and hence when added to chocolate it give a nice bite. Chocolate with a rice krispies texture is heaven in every bite.

    I have used microwave oven for melting the chocolate if you donโ€™t have one, Use a double boiler to melt the chocolate in stove top. Instead of Rice Krispies you can use Cashews, Almonds or pistachios. Now lets see how to make Rice Krispies Chocolate Fudge.

    ย  ย  ย 1.ย ย ย ย Take the cooking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and microwave it for 1 min. The chocolate will start to melt now. Mix well and then add in the condensed milk.

    2.ย ย ย ย Mix again and add the butter. Microwave it again for 10 secs.The butter will state to melt now. Mix everything so that it is evenly mixed.

    ย 3.ย ย ย ย Line a vessel with parchment paper and keep it ready. To the melted chocolate now add in the rice krispies.

    4.ย ย ย ย Mix well so that it is fully coated with chocolate. Pour this over the lined tray and spread evenly.

    5.ย ย ย ย Refrigerate this after 10 mins remove from the fridge and slice them. Again refrigerate it for 1 hour and then you can cut into pieces and store. Rice Krispies chocolate fudge is now ready.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Chocolate Chips / Cooking chocolate
    • ยผ cup Condensed milk
    • 1 tablespoon Butter
    • ยฝ cup Rice Krispies

    ยท Store in the fridge till you use.
    ยท I made the fudge into bite sized small pieces. You can shape them into any desired shapes.
    ยท If you donโ€™t get Rice Krisipes you can very well replace them with Nuts or dry fruits.
