WaterMelon Ice Apple Juice Recipe
Delicious summer drink made with Watermelon and Ice apple. Ice Apple is a seasonal fruit
Servings: 2
Calories: 61kcal
Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- 2 cup Watermelon
- ½ cup Chopped Ice Apple / Nungu
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Jaggery powder optional
Instructions
- In a blender add in the watermelon and Ice apple ¼ cup
- Next add in the Water and Jaggery powder (if using).
- Blend well.
- Strain to remove the discards.
- In a Serving Cup add in the Remaining nungu and then pour in the Juice.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
· Serve immediately.
· You can use sugar instead of Jaggery powder.
· The watermelon I used were sweet enough and hence I did not add any sweeteners.
· Adjust the sweetness as per your preference.
