    Chikko Almond Milkshake Recipe | Sapota Badam Milkshake with Step by step photos. With the scorching summer I keep looking for some chilled liquid food more often and our backyard has a good Chikoo tree and hence this milkshake comes more often in my menu.
    Chikoo has natural sweetness so feel free to skip the sweetener if you dont prefer. So now lets see how to prepare Chikoo almond Milkshake.

        Step by step Method with pictures:
        1.Soak almonds in water for an hour. Just before preparing the milkshake peel the skin of the almonds and chikoo and add to the blender.

     2.Also add in Chilled Milk and Sugar or honey and blend well till you get a creamy milk shake. Serve immediately by topping it with ice cubes.

    Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

    Ingredients

    • Almonds – 4
    • Chikoo / Sapota – 2
    • Chilled Milk – 1 cup
    • Sugar /Honey – 1 tbsp
    • Ice Cubes – few optional

    Instructions 

    • Soak almonds in water for an hour. Just before preparing the milkshake peel the skin of the almonds and chikoo and add to the blender.
    • Also add in Chilled Milk and Sugar or honey and blend well till you get a creamy milk shake. Serve immediately by topping it with ice cubes.

    Notes

    • You can also garnish with nuts while serving.
    •  Adding rose essence to the milk shake gives a nice flavour.
    •  Skip adding ice cubes if you don’t prefer.

      i too make like this but add 2 dates as well. Don't like to eat chikoo as such 😀
