Chinese Egg Hakka Noodles Recipe | How to make Egg Noodles step by step pictures. Egg noodles comes handy and can be cook in a less time. Just add in all your fav veggies to make the noodles more colorful. You can make this for a snack or even goes for dinner. Now lets see how to prepare restaurant style Egg noodles.
2. Once done. Switch off the flame, Strain the excess water and wash the noodles this will prevent the noodles from cooking further and then add in a tsp of oil to the cooked noodles. This will make the noodles shiny and then keep aside. In a bowl break open the egg beat well to this add in salt and pepper.
3. Beat well such that it is mixed well. Heat a pan with oil to this add in the egg and scramble once its cook remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan add in the spring onion white and garlic saute for a min the flame should be high from now on.
5. Next add in the capsicum and carrot mix well and then add the required salt and sugar cook for a min with constant stirring and then add in green chili sauce, Soy sauce and vinegar.
6. Mix well and cook for 30 secs and then add in the scrambled egg .Mix well and then add in the cooked noodles.
7. Mix everything together and see if its mixed evenly and finally garnish with spring onion green and switch off the flame.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml
Ingredients
- Hakka Noodles – 1 small packet
- Spring onion white – 2 tbsp
- Spring onion green part – 2 tbsp
- Capsicum chopped – 2 tbsp
- Garlic pods – 4
- Carrot – 1 tbsp
- Egg – 2
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt as needed
- Green Chili sauce – 1 tsp
- Soy sauce – ½ tsp
- White vinegar – ½ tsp
- Sugar – ½ tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Instructions
- In a vessel bring in water to boil, to this add in the hakka noodles and cook as per the packet instructions.

Notes
· Adding sugar is necessary to keep the colour of the veggies and balance in the taste. Also the cooking should be done in a high flame.
· Instead of green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce can also be added.
