This cucumber and Pomegranate juice is one such yummy try and we totally loved it. Adding ginger gives a yummy taste and it helps in digestion too .So I suggest not to skip that. Pomegranate Pearls – ½ cup English Cucumber – 3 nos
Ginger a small piece
Sugar – 2 tsp
Water – ½ cup
Method :
1. In a blender add in the pomegranate and cucumber pieces.
2. Next add in ginger, required sugar and water.
3. Blend well until it becomes a fine puree. Drain to remove the seeds.
4. Serve immediately with ice cubes.
Notes:
· I used English cucumber for this recipe and hence I just peeled the skin and used it fully for the juice.
· If using desi cucumber after peeling the skin remove the inner seeds also.
· The colour of the juice totally depends on the variety of pomegranate used.
· You can also use honey as the sweetener.
· Serve chilled or top with ice cubes and serve.
