Salad is usually prepared by mixing and matching various food ingredients based on our preference .It is a very Healthy and filling option compared to the normal breakfast or Snacks. There is no specific limitations for Salads. It can be either a sweet or savoury Salad.

Broccoli florets – ½ cup
Purple Cabbage – ½ cup
Carrot – ¼ cup
Capsicum – ¼ cup
Mayonnaise – 3 generous scoop
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
Lemon juice from ½ lemon
1. Boil the broccoli florets and purple cabbage for 5 mins in Water and then switch off the flame and strain the vegetable. To this add in chopped Carrot and Capsicum.
2. Give everything a good toss and add in Mayonnaise. Mix well. Next add in Salt, Pepper and Lemon Juice and mix such that everything is mixed evenly and serve.
· Mayonnaise will already have salt in it so check and add the required salt.
· You can also any vegetables as you like for the salad.
· Can also be used as a filling for Sandwich.
· Tastes best with toasted bread and butter.
