2. Now switch on the stove and keep cooking in a low flame. The mix will get thick and glossy. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Once its thick and the color changes, Switch off the flame. Allow it to cool down completely.
4. Next, add in the Mago puree and mix well such that there are no lumps and the ragi and mango puree are completely mixed evenly.
5. Transfer it to a serving bowl. Top it with Mango pieces, pomegranate arils.
6. Finally, garnish with chia seeds and serve.

Standard 1 cup measures 240 ml

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Water
- ¼ cup Ragi Flour
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- as needed Pomegranate pearls
- ¼ cup or as needed Mango pieces
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Instructions
- In a saucepan add in ¾ cup of water, to this add in ¼ cup of ragi flour. Mix well. Such that the flour is completely dissolved, and no lumps remain.
- Now switch on the stove and keep cooking in a low flame.The mix will get thick and glossy. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Once its thick and the colour changes, Switch off the flame. Allow it to cool down completely.
- Next add in the Mago puree and mix well such that there are no lumps and the ragi and mango puree are complete mixed evenly.

- I have not added any sweeteners for this recipe, as my mangoes were sweet enough, So adjust as you need.
