Cinnamon - I a using my own homemade cinnamon powder. Feel free to use storebought ones too. But I feel storebought ones are stronger in taste. So adjust as you prefer.

How to make Puff Pastry Cinnamon Pinwheels
Unroll the puff pastry sheet from its package. Remove the parchment paper or any other wrapping from the sheet. Take the puff pastry sheet and sprinkle all-purpose flour over any rolling surface. Using a rolling pin spread and flatten the puff pastry sheet roughly to a rectangle.

Preheat the oven to 180 C / 356 F for 10 mins. Bake at 180 C / 356 F for 10-12 mins or until the rolls are golden and crisp.
